I am a Counsellor at First Psychology Scotland.

Over the past 15 years, I have worked with individuals to help them to set healthy boundaries, manage their stress levels and to develop self-trust.

I have worked in residential and clinical settings, specialising in the treatment of addiction, in Ireland, UK, Ghana and Australia.

My Approach

I integrate a range of different therapies into my work to suit individual needs and preferences. These include Person-Centred therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Abstinence and Harm-Reduction for substance misuse, Crisis Intervention, Mindfulness-Based therapy, neuroscience and body based practices.

I work with a wide range of issues including, substance and alcohol misuse, eating disorders and body image, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, anger-management, low self-esteem, stress management, boundary setting and developing self-trust.

I am a fully qualified trauma-informed integrative therapist.

I am a Registered Member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
